We have an international delivery service and thus, deliver all over the world.

It depends on where you live. Fees are calculated automatically after you have indicated your delivery address. If your order is over 30$, then delivery will be systematically FREE regardless of your delivery address.

We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 10-24 days to deliver it to you, depending on your country of residence. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

Yes of course, several possibilities are available to you to track your package:

1) Do you have an account?

 

Log in to your account via the online store, check the status of your recent order. If the order has been executed, click on the order information and you will find your tracking information there.

 

2) I don't have an account yet.

 

As soon as your order has been executed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order using the tracking link in the email. If you have not yet received an email, it certainly means that your order has not yet been shipped (the average shipping time of your order is 2 to 4 business days).

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay by Paypal.

For payment with Aurore, Carte Bancaire, Maestro and other debit cards you must pay through Paypal even if you don't have an account.

To do so, simply select "Buy with Paypal" on the Shopping Cart page. You will then be able to select "Pay by Credit Card or Visa Debit Card" on the next page. Then, you enter your country, and in the card type, you will be able to select your credit card.

Your package will be delivered to you during regular office hours (between 9am and 5pm). In case of absence, the letter carrier will, if possible, leave your package in your mailbox. Otherwise the package will be deposited in your nearest post office. You will then be able to collect your parcel directly on the spot with your identity card.

It depends on the models. Some are in 100% Cotton, others in Polyester. For more details, please refer to the product sheet of the bandana you are interested in, in the "characteristics" section at the bottom of the page.

Delivery is made by your local post office.

No, you can't cumulate promo codes. It is only possible to use one per order.

Please check your SPAMS in your mailbox first. If you still have not received the order confirmation email after a few hours, the email you entered when ordering is probably wrong.

 

Send an email to technical support at support@royalbandana.com with your email without typos and the details of your order (last name, first name, address and order number if you have it). We will then proceed with the modification.

The tracking number may take 24 to 72 hours to be visible on the tracking page.

 

If you have not received a shipping letter or tracking number, your order is still being prepared by our services. All orders are shipped within an average of 2 to 4 business days and may be extended exceptionally during promotional offers or busy periods.

 

If you did not receive a confirmation email when you placed your order, the email you provided is incorrect.

 

In this case, you must indicate: surname, first name, order number and e-mail address, without typing errors, to support@royalbandana.com.

In this case you can return your order within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. Once we have received your package we will then proceed to a refund or an exchange according to your choice.

Yes it is quite normal, our products can be shipped separately according to your order. Indeed, if this one contains for example articles from two different warehouses, there will be consequently two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged or defective item in question to support@royalbandana.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track and trace your order to see where it is at any time. If you still feel that you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about your package, please contact us by email at support@royalbandana.com.

We do our best to solve any problems that our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course carry out the payment, in the event that the recourse is made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order and the product(s) concerned are not sold.

Returned items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.

 

Once returned, you will be entitled to a full refund which does not include the return shipping costs. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened or are not in their original condition. If you wish to have them returned to you, we may ask you to pay the shipping costs.

Please make sure that all returned items are well packaged so that they are not damaged by the post.

 

Please also ensure that all return packages are sent with a traceable and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.

The return costs are at your expense. A refund is possible if the error is ours (defective product, wrong color / size, ...)
